Healing Bone Broth Popsicles with Watermelon, Strawberries, Honey and Ginger

These delicious popsicles made with homemade bone broth, fresh fruit, honey and ginger have so many health benefits and can help you and your children ease cold or stomach symptoms.

Equipment

  • 1 food processor or immersion blender
  • 6 popsicle molds

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of bone broth
  • 5 ounces (150 grams) of watermelon
  • 4 ounces (100 grams) of strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon or less of grated fresh ginger

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together using a food processor or immersion blender until smooth.
  • Pour into (6) popsicle molds.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze in upright position until hard (about 4 hours)

Notes

To easily unmold the popsicles once hard, run them under warm water for a few seconds.
Add more or less ginger according to your personal taste. You can also add more honey if you need more sweetness, or omit the honey for a lower-sugar version.
