Cherry yogurt popscicles (sugar-free)

Summer is finally here and these homemade healthy cherry yogurt popsicles are the perfect refreshing snack! They are sugar-free, gut-healthy and high in proteins. These frozen treats are also super easy to make to fit your busy summer schedule.

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • 6 popsicle molds

Ingredients

  • 200 grams fresh or frozen cherries pitted
  • 100 grams yogurt
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen or gelatin optional

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients using a hand or immersion blender or a food processor until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicles (6) molds.
  • Place in the freezer in upright position and freeze until completely solid (usually 3-6 hours).

Notes

To easily remove the popsicles from their molds once frozen, place them into warm water for a few moments.
