Creamy yogurt, banana and peach layered popsicles (no added sugars)

6 popsicle molds
Ingredients
4 or 5tablespoonsyogurt
1/2ripe banana
3ripe peaches or nectarines
1scoopgrass-fed collagen powder optional
1/2teaspoonnatural vanilla extractoptional
Instructions
Blend together the yogurt and banana using a food processor or immersion blender until smooth. Add collagen powder and vanilla extract (optional). Set aside.
Wash, peel, and cut the peaches or nectarines and blend them as well until they are a smooth puree.
Pour about 1 or two tablespoons of yogurt and banana mixture in the popsicle molds, followed by 1 tablespoon of peach puree. Alternate the layers until each mold is full.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze in upright position until hard (at least 4 hours).
Notes
Both vanilla extract and collagen powder are optional for this recipe. Vanilla adds an extra note of taste and sweetness that goes together perfectly with the ripe peaches; collagen powder can be added for a boost of proteins and health benefits and won't change the taste of the popsicles.To easily unmold the popsicles, run them under warm water for a few seconds.
