Banana and Avocado Creamy Popsicles

Nothing beats a frozen treat in a hot summer day! These healthy homemade creamy popsicles combine the natural sweetness of bananas and the creamy texture of avocados. With no added sugars, full of vitamins, minerals, proteins and healthy fats, these popsicles will soon be your favorite summer snack.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (or water, or coffee)
- 1 scoop collagen optional
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract optional
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into popsicle molds (makes about 6 popsicles).
Freeze upright for 3–6 hours, or until completely solid.
To unmold, dip the popsicle molds in warm water for a few seconds to release.
