Easy and healthy coconut flour brownies
These simple coconut flour brownies are the perfect healthy treat. Gluten-free and all-natural, these brownies are delicious, simple, and full of nutritious ingredients. A special guilt-free dessert for every occasion!

- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup (75 grams) grass-fed unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 scoop grass-fed collagen or gelatin optional
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks optional
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until everything is incorporated and the batter is smooth.
Add the batter into a greased or parchment-lined 9x5 loaf pan, spread chocolate chips or chunks on top, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until set.
Cut into 8 brownies and serve warm, or store in the refrigerator and enjoy later!
Grass-fed collagen or gelatin is optional for this recipe. Add for protein boost and skin and joints benefit!
For an extra indulgent treat, increase chocolate chips or chunks to 1/2 cup and fold in with the batter. Skip the chocolate if you wish, you'll brownies will still be delicious!
