    That is such a great article! I love the recipe and your step-by-step is so helpful. I’ve made lots of sausage in the past using all the scraps after butchering pigs, beef, lambs, and goats. But I never really had a recipe for it. Just winged it, lol. I will keep this one in my files, it sounds awesome.
