    What a great recipe! I wished lingonberries grew around here, I looked into growing them before, but I’m too far south I’m afraid. I might still try though. They are tasty. I’ll save this recipe though. I’m wondering if it can be canned to store on the shelf? I would think they have enough acidity. I love that you use the gelatin to keep the sugar use down. Thanks for sharing this!
